Giving at Geneva

Geneva Campus Church has many opportunities to give, both to our church and to other organizations and individuals. Below are descriptions of our various offerings and funds. All contributions are tax deductible.

General Fund: Our congregation’s annual budget is met through our General Fund, which Genevans support through weekly offerings. The General Fund supports the daily operations of our ministry in Madison, as well as other ministries and missionaries that we support throughout the world.

Geneva Development Fund: Current and former Genevans, as well as other ministry partners, contribute to the Geneva Development Fund in order to ensure that Geneva is able to purchase or lease property on or near the UWMadison campus for years to come.

Geneva Generation Fund: We use the Geneva Generation Fund to resource forward looking ministry opportunities, such as the following: paid internships and other endeavors for students considering vocational ministry; the development of a new and permanent ministry position at Geneva Campus Church; and funds for innovative programming relevant to campus ministry.

Benevolence Fund: We use our Benevolence Fund to provide assistance for individuals within our congregation and in our broader Madison community who need financial assistance with rent, food, utilities, and/or medical bills.

Service and Conference Scholarship Fund: Students and others from within our congregation can receive scholarships provided through our Service and Conference Scholarship Fund to attend Christian conferences or to participate in mission trips and other service opportunities.

Second Sunday Offerings: Every second Sunday of the month, Genevans give money to support local agencies, two of the funds administered by the church, or an organization helping people around the world.
